Climb Walls of Rock

If you've been around a young kid you'll see them climb over everything. Climbing is in our blood. If you believe in evolution, you know we derive from creatures who swing on limbs and climb trees.If you're looking for that ancient thrill, stop on by Movement Fitness in Boulder. You're first session at the gym is only $10.

Movement Fitness has three different sections to the gym:

Bouldering is a great way to get introduced to climbing!!

Bouldering: lower wall climbing, no ropes needed

High Walls: Ropes and harness are required

Training Center: Fitness studios, weight room, and stretching area

If you're new to climbing, try bouldering first. Bouldering builds strength and confidence on the wall before tying into ropes. Also, while you're at Movement jump into a fitness class. The classes run all day long and will surely make you break a sweat. See all their classes here
